Norwa Care Solutions is seeking dedicated RGN's to support our partner services across Ipswich and surrounding areas, providing safe, person‐centred nursing care to adults with a range of health needs.
Pay Rates:
Days: starting from £*****ph (Varies to different Care Home)
Nights: starting from £*****ph (Varies to different Care Home)
What you'll do:
Deliver high‐quality clinical care in line with NMC standards
Lead and support care teams to ensure safe, effective practice
Administer medication, complete clinical observations, and maintain accurate documentation




Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes
Uphold dignity, respect, and choice in every interaction
What we're looking for:
Valid NMC registration (RGN)
Strong clinical judgement and excellent communication skills
A caring, reliable, and professional approach
1 year paid experience in residential, nursing homes.
