As an
Enrolled Nurse
, you will provide high-quality nursing care, socialsupportand medicalassistanceto residents within their Aveo home.
Our Enrolled Nurses have a strong focus on clinical standards, promoting independence and building connections with residents in a community-style environment.
This is a casual role, helping our team on an ad-hocbasis with covering leave or when we need an extra pair of hands!
Your Impact
Work independently within resident units to provide in-home nursing support, including medicalassistance, wound care, personalhygieneand general daily support
Provide care, tailored to the resident's needs in line with their current care plans
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as fellow team members, family members,paramedicsor GPs
Complete administration tasks, ensuring resident notes are up to date in our Care Management System (Alayacare)
Follow all Aveo OH&S; policies and procedures and report any safety,securityand resident incidents
Whatyou'llbring
Minimum 12 months experience as an Enrolled Nurse, with a passion for community care,independenceand wellbeing
Friendly,adaptableand proactive attitude, with a passion for being part of a community environment




Strong communicationskills, with a genuine ability to build meaningful connections with residents
Division 2 AHPRA registration, current CPR certificate and two COVID-19 Vaccinations (required)
Valid driver's licence + vehicle (highly regarded)
