Job Description
Team of 20 specialised speech pathologists to learn from and grow with
Additional Benefits $**** external PD allowance + monthly internal Think Tanks
Diverse caseload across age groups | Home, school, aged care, day programs, * Service clients within Melbourne's western suburbs in a 30 minute radius from your home
Mobile therapy: homes, workplaces, schools, aged care, and day programs
Mixed-age caseload (children to older adults), predominantly NDIS with some private and aged care referrals
Caseloads are tailored where possible to your clinical strengths and preferences
Structured shadowing, supervision, and check-ins from experienced senior clinicians
Option to work two days/month supporting the Indigenous community (with overnight support)
Support Available
Regular supervision and peer support tailored to your clinical needs
Structured shadowing and mentoring with experienced clinicians
Clinician-led practice: your voice and needs matter
Solid adjustment support for those new to a mobile service model
Team Culture
30+ clinicians in total, including over 20 Speech Pathologists

Requirements/Skills
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
SPA membership
Drivers license and vehicle
Unrestricted Australian Working Rights

Salary ranging from $85,000 - $120,000 plus superannuation
