The Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Human Resource Manager to Join Adbri on a fixed-term 6-month maternity leave contract with the unique opportunity to contribute to a major growth-focused acquisition project.

Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with local business leaders to support performance improvement and enable growth, using data insights and workforce planning.
Guide and support leaders in managing employee issues, investigations, and case management in alignment with our values and policies.
Develop and maintain local industrial relations, supporting leaders in negotiations aligned with our overall industrial strategy.
Lead the local rollout of People & Culture initiatives and support organisational change.
What you will need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field, with substantial experience in HR business partnering, employee and industrial relations, organisational change,



and HR planning.
Strong, knowledge of human resource management practices, including experience with collective bargaining and exposure to acquisitions and integrations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong, effective relationships across all levels of the business.
Strong critical thinking, decision making, and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex workplace issues.
Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver HR related projects and initiatives, including managing significant business change.
