The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Club General Manager
to join our team and drive the culture and performance of our passionate fitness team.
You'll be a highly effective operations manager with a proven sales management background.
Your key responsibilities include:
Achieving sales targets
Manage and motivate a sales team
Work within the annual business plan and achieve budgets
Implement an annual sales and marketing planner




Create business opportunities with the local corporate market
Provide an exceptional product to deliver to our members
You must:
Have a desire to create a fun & vibrant culture within the club
Have
extensive
club management experience (essential)
Have experience managing staff and budgets
Have a passion for health and fitness
SALES MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL
