About the Role
Join a supportive team making a real impact in pharmacy services!
This role is all about providing excellent customer service to pharmacies, helping them stay on track with quality standards and accreditation.
What You'll Be Doing
Be the go-to contact for QCPP-accredited pharmacies
Support new pharmacies joining the QCPP program
Maintain and update pharmacy records and systems
Keep processes smooth, consistent, and on time
Contribute to projects, workshops & testing
Build strong relationships with stakeholders
Spot ways to make things more efficient
General admin and team support as needed
What You'll Need
Strong
customer service/contact centre
experience
Admin or office support background
Comfortable with databases/CRMs
Solid MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Great communicator – written & verbal
Strong time management & attention to detail
Health or pharmacy sector experience would be highly desirable
