Our client is seeking an ambitious Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join their premier Construction & Infrastructure practice.

Key Responsibilities
Lead:
Act as the Partner's primary sounding board, managing major infrastructure and construction projects with high autonomy.
Mentor & Develop:
Take an active role in coaching, mentoring,



and guiding junior and mid-level lawyers, fostering their technical growth.
Deliver Complex Matters:
Run high-value front-end matters for top-tier principals, contractors, and government bodies.
Client Stewardship:
Build and sustain deep, trusted institutional client relationships.
Skills & Experience
Experience:
6–9+ years PAE in construction and infrastructure law.
Autonomy:
Proven ability to run complex matters independently from inception to completion.
Leadership:
A genuine passion for mentorship and a track record of developing junior talent.
Mindset:
Commercial, driven, and looking for a transparent trajectory toward Partnership.
