Repco, a division of GPC Asia Pacific, is seeking a Customer Development Manager to build solid relationships with trade customers in the Hobart region.
You will drive sales growth, manage a portfolio of about 150 customers, and collaborate with store managers to execute promotions and best-in-class service.
This role emphasizes consultative selling, territory profitability, and a safety-first culture.
Experience in automotive sales and CRM use is preferred; drivers license is required.
