Whitehaven Coal is seeking an experienced Shift Engineer to join our underground Narrabri operations.
You will implement and report on variance in electrical and mechanical tasks according to the Mine planning tool, and lead the shift team with a focus on safety, site standards and WHS compliance.
You will manage performance and provide leadership to trades on your shift, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining a positive team culture and adherence to policies.
