East of England Community Health and Care NHS Trust is seeking an MDT Pathways Co-ordinator to support the Specialist Children's Services MDT.
The role involves coordinating clinics, managing referrals and documentation, and liaising with families and external agencies.
Based at Cambridge or Huntingdon with travel between sites.
The post is 15 hours per week over 3 days, with a preference for Monday or Friday work and term-time/annualised hours considered.
Interviews are in person on a Friday.
