Lucas Collective is seeking a Cafe All-Rounder for its premium Sydney venue.
This FOH role offers consistent day shifts from 6:30am to 3pm, Monday to Friday, with no evening shifts unless required.
You will specialise in high-volume coffee preparation, latte art, and delivering exceptional guest service while maintaining tempo in a rapid-paced setting.
Ideal candidates have Barista experience in a premium cafe or restaurant, deep coffee knowledge, and a strong track record in guest satisfaction.
