Oversee the day-to-day maintenance, security, and general upkeep of the school site.
Carry out minor repairs, general DIY tasks, and gritting when required.
Manage and monitor Health & Safety compliance, including fire alarm testing, Legionella checks, and risk assessments.
Ensure the site is clean, secure, secure, and fully operational.
Liaise with contractors and suppliers as required.
Support school events with setup, breakdown, and general site logistics.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and compliance activities.
