Auxus, part of the Glad Group, is seeking a casual front-of-house/concierge professional to cover government sites across Newcastle, Maitland and surrounding regions.
You will move between sites to keep the front desk staffed, greet visitors, issue passes and manage access while maintaining reception standards.
You will be involved in visitor management, mail processing, room setups, and coordinating AV and printers.
The role offers diverse daily duties and regional team support.
