Key responsibilities
Leasing of rental properties
Arrears Management - Mainly Residential Portfolios
Communication with tenants, landlords and trades people
Quote with repairs & maintenance
Recent Business (rewarded with commissions)
About you
A Current Driver's Licence & Car
Polite and Confident Phone Manner




Professional Presentation & Excellent Punctuality
Accurate Spelling and Grammar
Problem Solving Skills
A minimum of 1 year Property Management experience
