Responsibilities
Participating in daily pre-start meetings to address all site requirements
Management of materials, plant, personnel and subcontractors
Coordinating with the Production Supervisor to co-ordinate and maintain production volumes
Utilising experience to develop and support other team members
Maintaining plant and assets
Resolving daily site issues
Identifying hazards and assessing risk through regular safety audits and environmental risk assessments as per Fulton Hogan procedures
Requirements
Proven experience in Front End loader and Bobcat operation
Light manual handling tasks are required
High Risk Forklift license desired
MR/HR license is desirable
Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment
Motivated to support and motivate site teams ensuring focus on safety, quality, cost, and schedule
