Compass Group Pty Limited is seeking a Chef Manager to lead food production and catering at an aged care site in North Sydney.
This permanent full time role offers a $90,000 base salary plus 12% superannuation.
You will oversee operations, manage budgets, mentor staff, ensure OH&S; and contract compliance, and deliver excellent resident-focused service.
Previous kitchen leadership and P&L; experience are essential, with a Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery and Food Safety Supervisor certification.
