Due to increasing demand, Pennicott Wilderness Journeys is looking for multiple Bus Driver/Guides to join our team based in Hobart.
Your primary role would involve guiding our Bruny Island Traveller tour, which is a full day tour from Hobart that explores Bruny Island.
The tour includes a number of scenic stops along the island and we also visit the island's producers where guests have a tasting experience provided by the makers.
This role would also work as Bus Driver/Guide for our other day tours from Hobart including the Port Arthur Bus Service, and the Three Capes Track Shuttle Bus.
Pay Rates
Casual bus drivers earn $420-$452 per day on weekdays and$561-$731 per day on weekends.
We also have part time and full-time roles available with very attractive remuneration.
Days & Hours
We have plenty of work available from 2 days a week, through to 5 days a week depending on the applicant's availability and preferences.
Please note it is essential that you are available for some weekend work.
Tours operate daily all year round.
Required Qualifications
In order to undertake the role, the applicant would need to hold or obtain Medium Rigid Licence, Public Passenger Vehicle Ancillary Certificate, Working With Vulnerable People and First Aid.
Pennicott Wilderness Journeys is happy to cover the cost of obtaining these qualifications.

Who Should Apply
We are looking for applicants who are customer service driven and people focused, who have personality, energy, enthusiasm and great communication skills.
Previous experience and qualifications are valued but not essential.
