The role focuses on student wellbeing, pastoral care, discipleship and fostering a Christ-centred school culture across the Primary years.
You will lead wellbeing initiatives, support teachers and families, and collaborate with counsellors and external agencies to ensure every child is known, supported and challenged within our Excellent Learning, Well People framework.
