UOW Pulse is the social hub of the University of Wollongong and seeks an Executive Assistant to the CEO.
This part time role (4 days per week) provides high-level support to the CEO and assists the Snr Executive Assistant with daily workflow, schedules and preparing formal documents.
You will coordinate internal events, support governance processes for the Board of Directors, and work with senior leaders and external partners.
