There is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager, based in ourBrisbane warehouse, reporting to theNational Head of Operations.
The role
We are seeking a hands-on Operations professional to manage the day-to-day delivery of ourlogisticsand warehouse operations. This roleis responsible forleading operational team members, managing a fleet of vehicles, coordinating the delivery and collection of furniture to and from job sites, and overseeing all incoming and outgoing goods. Strong planning, attention to detail, and the ability to managelabourbudgets are essential, as this role plays a critical part in ensuring operations run efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
You will play a key leadership role in driving operational excellence, improving performance, and building a high-performing team. Success in this role requires strong strategic thinking, hands-on operational leadership, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and executing operational strategies to support business growth
Leading day-to-day warehouse operations and developing on-site leadership capability
Implementing andmaintainingoperational standards, policies,



and processes
Improving systems, workflows, and best practices to drive efficiency
Managing inventory planning,purchasing, and warehouse performance
Monitoring KPIs, budgets, and forecasts to improve profitability
Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance across operations
Recruiting, training, and mentoringteam members
Building strong relationships with external stakeholders
Driving a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
