mobile crushing and screening plant at the Binduli North Heap Leach Project.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Leading day-to-day mobile crushing and screening operations
Supervising operators and trades to achieve production targets
Coordinating maintenance, shutdowns, and fault finding
Driving safety, environmental compliance, and reporting
Mentoring and developing your team
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Statutory Supervisor (S26) Certificate
Current WA Driver's Licence
(HR preferred)
High Risk Work Licences and mobile plant tickets
(desirable)
Minimum
5+ years' experience




in crushing plant operations with previous
supervisory/leadership experience
(2+ years preferred)
Strong technical knowledge of crushing equipment
(jaw, cone, impact),screens, conveyors and hydraulics, with proven fault-finding and maintenance coordination capability
Demonstrated leadership experience with the
ability to lead, mentor and develop teams
in a production-driven setting
Strong focus on safety, compliance and environmental standards, with
the ability to manage production targets, downtime and reporting requirements.
