About this role:
Sirius College is seeking anexperienced and proactive Community Engagement Manager to lead theCollege's community engagement function across all campuses.
Thisrole plays a key part in strengthening relationships with families,alumni, students, staff, and the wider community while promotingthe College's vision, values, and reputation.
Working closely with theExecutive Principal, Campus Principals, and key internalstakeholders, the successful candidate will lead communityengagement initiatives, communications, alumni relations,stakeholder partnerships, and College events that support theCollege's Strategic Management Plan.
This position requires strongleadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability tobuild meaningful stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop,implement and evaluate the College's Community EngagementStrategy aligned with the Strategic ManagementPlan.
Lead thedevelopment and growth of the Sirius College alumninetwork.
Lead theplanning and delivery of community engagement initiatives,College events and alumni programs across allcampuses.
Develop andoversee community and alumni communications, marketinginitiatives and promotional materials across print, digitaland social media platforms.
CoordinateParent Home Visits (PHVs), parent education programs andinitiatives that support multicultural families and studentintegration into the wider Australiancommunity.
Lead, mentorand develop the Community Engagement team, fosteringcollaboration, continuous improvement and achievement ofdepartmental KPIs.
Ensurecommunity engagement activities align with the College'svision, mission and values.
Managedepartmental budgets, resources and operationalrisks.
Supportfundraising, volunteer and community initiatives whereappropriate.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Relevanttertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing, PublicRelations, Event Management, Education or a relateddiscipline.
Minimum of 2years relevant experience.
Demonstratedleadership, strategic planning and project managementskills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities anddeliver outcomes.
Excellentwritten, verbal, interpersonal and public speaking skills,with the ability to build effective stakeholderrelationships.
Highlyorganised, adaptable and capable of working autonomously ina dynamic workplace.
High-leveldigital literacy, including Microsoft Office, GoogleWorkspace and relevant communication or databasesystems.
Commitmentto working within a diverse, inclusive and multiculturalschool community.
CurrentWorking With Children Check or valid VITRegistration.
Currentunrestricted driver's licence and access to a reliablemotor vehicle.
