Supported Accomodation Services provides trauma-informed, therapeutic care to children and young people in Out-of-Home Care. Our work is grounded in safety, dignity and consistency, and we place strong emphasis on supporting our staff to deliver high-quality care in a structured and well-supervised environment.
We are currently seeking female Therapeutic Youth Workers to support female children and young people in a secure Out-of-Home Care setting.

About you
You are calm, emotionally steady and able to hold boundaries with warmth and consistency. You communicate clearly, work well within a team and are open to feedback. You understand the importance of safety, predictability and therapeutic relationships in a secure OOHC environment.
Minimum 6 months paid experience working in Out-of-Home Care
Qualifications (essential)
Minimum Diploma of Community Services (or equivalent)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of therapeutic, strengths-based and person-centred care
ARC therapeutic model training (or willingness to complete)
Mandatory requirements (or willingness to obtain)
NSW Working With Children Check
National Police Check (less than 12 months)
First Aid and CPR
Australian working rights
