Royal Freemasons Mount Martha Valley is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Administration Officer to join our team on a
12-month parental leave contract, commencing 7 September **** and concluding 29 September ****.
Located in the beautiful surrounds of Mount Martha Valley, this role is ideal for an organised and proactive professional who enjoys providing exceptional customer service, supporting administrative operations, and building positive relationships with residents, families, visitors, and staff.
As the first point of contact for the service, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of administrative functions while delivering a welcoming and professional experience to all stakeholders.
About You
You are a highly organised administration professional with excellent attention to detail and a genuine commitment to customer service. You thrive in a busy environment, can effectively manage competing priorities, and take pride in delivering accurate and efficient administrative support
Ideally, you will possess:
Certificate III or IV in Business Administration or a related qualification (desirable)
Previous administration and rostering experience, preferably within aged care, healthcare, or community services
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and workforce management systems such as Humanforce
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and documentation
Solid organisational and time management skills
A professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach to working with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Manage staff rosters and timesheets, ensuring accuracy and timely completion for fortnightly payroll processing
Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to residents, families, visitors, and employees
Coordinate employee onboarding and employment administration activities
Support financial administration tasks, including invoicing, fee administration, resident trust monies, and reporting
Maintain filing systems, records management processes, office resources, and mail distribution
Ensure compliance with aged care standards, privacy legislation, workplace health and safety requirements, and organisational policies and procedures
