We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior / Intermediate Accountant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking to develop their career in a supportive and collaborative workplace. The successful candidate will be involved in a broad range of accounting services including taxation, financial reporting and business advisory.
Key responsibilities
Bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
Preparing and lodging BAS, IAS, and payroll obligations
Assisting with month-end and year-end reporting processes
Maintaining accurate financial records and general ledger accounts
Assisting with budgeting and cash flow reporting
Liaising with clients
Supporting the preparation of financial statements and management reports
Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations
Tax Return preparation
About you
Degree in Accounting, Finance,



or a related field
1 to 5 years accounting experience (Junior to Intermediate level)
Working knowledge of accounting principles and Australian taxation requirements
Experience with accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or similar
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Studying toward or completed CPA qualification (desirable)
