We're a seasonal décor brand looking for
experienced Pickers & Packers
to join our warehouse team during our busiest time of year.
These are
casual seasonal positions running from August through to early December
, with the possibility of extension depending on business demand.
We're looking for reliable, hardworking people who are comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse workplace and can hit the ground running.
About the Role
Casual seasonal employment from August to December
Up to 5 shifts per week
Applicants must be available for a minimum of 3 days per week
Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
Additional shifts available during our September / October peak period, including:
Morning shifts commencing from 7:00am
Afternoon/evening shifts starting from 3:00pm finishing as late as 11:00pm
8-hour shifts available
Award wages and applicable casual loading/penalty rates
Breaks include 2 x 15-minute paid rest breaks and 1 x 30-minute unpaid meal break
What You'll Be Doing
This is a hands-on warehouse role where accuracy, pace and reliability are important. Duties include:
Picking and packing wholesale orders
Picking and packing e-commerce orders
Unloading and unpacking containers
Receiving and organising stock
Stocktakes and inventory checks
Preparing orders for dispatch
Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse
General warehouse duties as required
About You
Previous picking, packing or warehouse experience is essential.
We're looking for people who:
Have previous experience in a fast-paced picking and packing environment
Have strong attention to detail and can pick orders accurately
Are reliable, punctual and committed to rostered shifts
Can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Are available for at least 3 shifts per week
Have a positive attitude and are willing to help wherever needed
Understand the importance of workplace health and safety
Forklift or reach truck experience is highly regarded.
Applicants operating machinery must hold a current Victorian LF licence.
Group Interviews
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend a group interview session.
As well as relevant warehouse experience, we'll be looking for people who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, communication and a positive attitude.
