Indigeco is recruiting a Communications Analyst for our client, a large national organisation with a strong focus on employee experience, workplace culture and digital enablement. This opportunity is ideal for an early career First Nations communications professional who is looking to build their skills across digital communications, content creation, stakeholder engagement and change support. Reporting to the Manager, People Enablement, you will help create clear and engaging communications that support employees to understand workplace tools, office environments and hybrid ways of working.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in developing and delivering communication materials for workplace, digital and enterprise service initiatives
Support digital communication channels such as intranet, newsletters, social platforms and internal updates
Help translate complex or technical information into simple, user-friendly language for employees
Create clear and engaging content that supports awareness of digital tools, office improvements and hybrid work practices
Support storytelling activities that highlight the impact of workplace improvements and employee experience initiatives
Collaborate with People Enablement, Digital Workplace, product owners and internal stakeholders to align communication activities
Participate in team meetings, contribute ideas and support continuous improvement of communication strategies
YOUR REQUIREMENTS
Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander identity
1 to 2 years' experience in communications, digital content, marketing, internal communications, employee engagement or a related role
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a clear and conversational writing style
Basic graphic design capability using tools such as Canva, Adobe Express or similar
Confidence using Microsoft Office and interest in Microsoft tools, digital platforms and workplace technology
Familiarity with digital communication channels such as intranet, newsletters, social content or internal communication platforms
Collaborative working style, strong relationship building skills and genuine interest in workplace culture, hybrid work and employee experience
