You'll be stepping into a role with real impact - where you can:
Work in an environment that offers

- with no late nights and only occasional weekends.
Act in the role of the Head Chef
when they are away from the kitchen.
Lead an energetic team in an exciting Aged Care workplace
and to set the standard for quality, warmth and experience.
Assist in designing menus with residents
- listening, adapting and bringing local flavour and favourites to life.
Be a visible, engaged leader -
connecting with the Aged Care residents and the village community
and building genuine relationships.
About you (the Chef we're excited to meet)
You're the kind of leader who brings
standards + soul
. You'll also bring:
A recognised




Commercial Cookery qualification
(e.g., Cert III or equivalent)
Minimum 3-5 years' experience
cooking in a similar environment or restaurant experience
Demonstrated experience applying
HACCP principles
Proven experience
leading a team
and setting a
values-based
culture
