About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and mechanically minded Fabrication Trade Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent prospect for someone who is hands-on, eager to learn, and looking to build a long-term career within a large and growing business.
Key Responsibilities
Assist tradespeople with general fabrication duties
Learn and support sheet metal processes including:
Cutting
Folding
Welding
Fitment and assembly
Polishing and finishing
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organised work environment
Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times
Work collaboratively within a team setting
Skills & Experience
Mechanically minded with a strong interest in fabrication
Willingness to learn sheet metal processes




Sheet metal experience is advantageous but not essential
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanshipAbility to work effectively within a team
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
