Sime Industrial is seeking an IT Support Analyst (Level 2) to join our Mackay, QLD team. This permanent, full time role reports to the Desktop Support Team Lead and focuses on providing quality IT desktop support for all Sime Industrial users.
Responsibilities include onsite and remote support for hardware, software and network issues, ticket management, and assisting with system installations. Applicants should have IT-related degree/certification and at least 2 years of IT support experience.
