About Us
Hugo Personnel is an Australian owned and managed, corporate recruitment agency. We recruit across all industries in areas of customer service, administration, marketing, human resources and finance on a temporary, contract and permanent basis.
Our office is located right in the heart of the CBD, very close to public transport with work from home flexibility after the probation period.
The Role
Supporting our Recruitment Manager, you will work closely with a small team to manage a large portfolio of clients across permanent and temporary recruitment.
Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:




Collect recruitment briefs from the Recruitment Manager and clients
Resource a high quality of candidates across an array of permanent and temporary positions
Submit and discuss shortlisted candidates with clients
Write job adverts, conduct phone, MS Teams and face to face interviews
Coordinate interviews, references and background checks
Visit the offices of recent and existing clients with the Recruitment Manager
Negotiate and influence salary expectations and offers to candidates
Assist with filling short term temporary roles
Optimise alternative recruitment strategies eg. Headhunt through Seek, LinkedIn and our referral program
Assist with the on-boarding process, ensuring a smooth transition
Administer the recruitment system (JobAdder)
Provide recruitment support to the wider recruitment team
What you need to succeed?
We will consider candidates with recruitment/agency/internal/HR experience - but it is all about your personality and drive!
Qualifications in HR/Business/Marketing or a related field will be highly regarded but not essential
Experience managing end to end recruitment (desirable but not essential)
Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
A professional and honest approach whilst maintaining integrity and confidentiality
