The Role
We're looking for an experienced Marine Fitter to join our growing team. This hands‐on role offers variety, working on a range of vessels including defence ships, superyachts, ferries, and pleasure craft.
You'll be involved in:
Mechanical repairs, maintenance, fabrication, and system installations
Vessel refits and recent builds




Working with marine systems, mechanical equipment, and general engineering tasks
What You'll Bring:
Trade qualification or relevant industry experience
Strong mechanical fitting, machining, and basic welding skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
High attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
Self‐motivated and able to work independently or in a team
Excellent communication and time management skills
Marine industry experience highly regarded
Any mechanical trade qualification is required for this position
