Synergie Australia is seeking a Customer Service Officer for a trusted client located in Somersby,Central Coast.
The important parts:
Pay: $***** per hour | Duration: ASAP start through to June ****
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
Location: Somersby, Central Coast
What you will be required to do:
You'll provide customer service, administration, process documentation and case management support to assist the team's day-to-day operational requirements. This role suits someone organised, detail-focused and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Responding to service enquiries, complaints and dispute resolution matters
Monitoring and responding to emails in shared mailboxes
Booking hard waste collection services and managing residential bin maintenance requests
Documenting, reviewing and maintaining operational processes and procedures
Supporting process improvement initiatives to improve team efficiency and consistency
Maintaining accurate records, filing systems, data entry and system updates
Providing general administrative support and assisting with ad hoc tasks as required
To be successful in the role you will:
Experience using Microsoft Office 365,



including Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to document processes clearly and effectively
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Previous call centre, customer service, administration or business support experience will be highly regarded
