KPAT Hotels is seeking an experienced Venue Manager for First Avenue Bar + Cellar on the Sunshine Coast. You will lead daily operations, drive commercial performance, and shape an exceptional beverage program that highlights wine, spirits, and local fare.
You will mentor a front-of-house team, collaborate with the Head Chef, and work closely with the KPAT portfolio leaders to evolve the beverage program and guest experiences. RSA compliance and solid service standards are essential.
