About the Role
We're on the lookout for an energetic and driven Store Manager to lead our Merrell Emporium team! Blending technical performance with everyday fashion, you'll play a key role in bringing the brand to life for every customer.
Working closely with your Area Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you'll coach, mentor, and inspire a passionate team, foster a positive store culture, and deliver exceptional customer experiences that reflect Merrell's spirit of adventure and innovation.
As a Manager, you'll:
Lead day-to-day operations to drive store performance across KPIs, sales, stock, wages, and shrinkage.
Inspire and coach your team to hit sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Monitor performance daily, weekly, and monthly – celebrating wins and identifying areas for growth.
Manage rosters and wages in line with budget and company standards.
Ensure high standards in visual merchandising and store presentation.
Maintain a solid focus on OH&S; compliance and team wellbeing.
Develop team talent through training, mentoring, and succession planning.
Skills and Experience
