About the Role
You will support the day-to-day running of the pharmacy while providing excellent service to our customers. Key responsibilities include:
Providing friendly and skilled customer service
Assisting customers with retail enquiries and product selection
Operating the point-of-sale system and processing transactions
Replenishing, receiving and merchandising stock
Checking stock and expiry dates
Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming store
Supporting pharmacists and the wider pharmacy team with general duties
Learning about pharmacy products and services through ongoing training
About You
We are looking for someone who is reliable, friendly and enjoys working with people.
Pharmacy experience is preferred; however, applicants with a minimum of 1 year of retail experience are encouraged to apply.
You will also have:
Solid customer service and communication skills
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
A professional and positive attitude
The ability to work well as part of a team
An interest in healthcare and helping our local community
