The Role:
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will support the delivery of commercial fit out projects across Melbourne's CBD. The role provides exposure to both pre‐construction and project delivery, allowing you to gain experience across the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Let and vet subcontractor packages
Track and monitor project budgets and costs
Coordinate design and documentation
Assist with project programming and coordination
Prepare project reporting, including progress and cost reporting
Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants,
subcontractors and internal stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have a commercial construction or fit out background and is looking to take the next step in their career.
