We are currently seeking
reliable and motivated Factory Operators
to join a well-established Australian manufacturing business based in
Taren Point
.

About the Role
Working as part of a busy production and manufacturing team, you will be responsible for a variety of duties including:
Operating steel cutting and bending machinery
Loading and unloading steel products
General factory and warehouse labouring
Manual handling of steel products
Assisting with production and manufacturing processes
Operating overhead cranes -
full training provided
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
Following all workplace health and safety procedures
Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets
What We're Looking For




The successful candidates will have:
Previous experience in a
factory, manufacturing, warehouse or production environment
A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks
A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
A willingness to learn and operate production machinery
A positive attitude and a desire to secure ongoing employment
Full training will be provided
, including training in overhead crane operation, so previous crane experience is not essential.
