What You Will Be Doing
As our Marketing & Communications Specialist, you will play a key role in driving engagement, supporting product launches, and helping customers connect with our products and expertise.
You will be:
developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple customer segments
managing HubSpot marketing automation programs, customer databases and audience segmentation
creating engaging content across email, website, social media and advertising channels
supporting new product launches through strategic customer communications
analysing campaign performance and using insights to improve future results
growing customer engagement through targeted communication strategies
developing sales and marketing collateral including brochures, catalogues and promotional materials
coordinating digital marketing activities across multiple channels
supporting customer training programs and events
collaborating with stakeholders across sales, product management and leadership teams
Skills and Experiences:

You will bring:
proven experience independently planning, building and executing successful marketing campaigns
experience with HubSpot or similar CRM / marketing automation platforms




exceptional copywriting and content creation skills
the ability to turn technical information into clear, engaging customer communications
demonstrated success improving customer engagement, lead generation or database growth
strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
confidence to take ownership, make recommendations and drive initiatives forward
commercial thinking and a genuine understanding of how marketing contributes to business performance
a proactive attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed
