Unknown is seeking a customer service qualified to act as the main contact for customers and the sales team. You will answer calls and emails, respond to inquiries, and help with some accounts receivable tasks, reporting to the Director.
Responsibilities include processing orders, following up on invoices, outbound lead generation, and coordinating with warehouses and couriers to resolve delivery issues. You will also assist with onboarding and maintaining accurate records.
