Our ideal candidate will have
2+ years experience in a similar role within premium venues
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Robust food, beverage and wine knowledge, with a desire to continue learning
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build genuine rapport with guests




Excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining high service standards
A current New South Wales Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (RSA)
