Worldline Service Australia (WSA) delivers end-to-end payment services and technology support to Worldline clients within the Australian market. Our team focuses on ensuring reliable payment processing, proactive service management and a superior customer experience through robust operations, incident response and continuous improvement.
Our Team
The Service Delivery function provides operational governance, customer engagement and IT Service Management capability for Worldline Service Australia. The team is responsible for ensuring payment services remain stable, resilient and continuously improving through effective operational processes, customer governance and service assurance.
Your mission
Lead the planning, coordination and governance of technology releases across WSA, ensuring releases are delivered in accordance with change management standards, release schedules and operational readiness requirements.

We are looking for an energetic release manager who can help us uplift our release management practices across all environments who has exposure to banking, finance or payment organisations.
Day‐to‐day responsibilities
Key Accountabilities
Release Planning & Governance
Maintain the release calendar.
Coordinate release planning across projects and BAU.
Define release scope and schedules.
Facilitate governance and approvals.
Release Coordination
Coordinate production releases.
Manage dependencies.
Validate implementation and rollback plans.
Chair release readiness meetings.
Operational Readiness
Confirm testing, documentation and approvals.
Ensure support readiness.
Validate operational acceptance.
Risk & Change Management
Assess release risks.
Work with the Change Manager and CAB.
Escalate issues.
Reporting
Maintain release metrics and documentation.

Who are we looking for
Skills & Experience
Essential
Enterprise release management experience.
ITIL Change & Release knowledge.
Strong stakeholder management.
Excellent planning and coordination.
Highly Desirable
Payments industry experience.
ServiceNow.
Agile/DevOps.
Leadership Attributes
Organised, collaborative, customer focused, analytical, decisive, calm under pressure and committed to continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Essential
Degree in IT or equivalent experience.
Desirable
ITIL Foundation or higher.
Agile or Project Management certification.
