Optimum Health Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our community nursing team in NSW. You will visit NDIS participants in homes across Cessnock, the Hunter Valley and Maitland, delivering wound care, catheter care, PEG feeding support and medication administration.
You will work part time with a path to full-time as your caseload grows, supported by a multidisciplinary team including Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Exercise Physiology, Dietetics, Podiatry and
