You'll receive:
$95,000 guaranteed package including super
Uncapped monthly commissions
for performance above your monthly revenue target
Additional $15,000 gross annual performance bonus
for achieving the agreed annual revenue target
Our top-performing salespeople are earning $230,000+ per year

You'll also be selling an established product you can genuinely believe in. Shares in Value has built one of Australia's leading stock market research and investment membership services, backed by an experienced research team and thousands of Australian investors.
We're entering an exciting new stage of growth, including the launch of our
brand-new website and digital platform

But great leads and a great product still need great salespeople.
This is a
fast-paced, phone-based sales role
. You need to be comfortable picking up the phone, staying active, having plenty of conversations and following up consistently.
If you have strong sales skills, can build rapport quickly and know how to have a valuable conversation, the combination of our
lead quality, product and established brand gives you a genuine opportunity to perform extremely well

What You'll Be Doing
Speaking with warm, qualified prospective clients
Making calls and having quality sales conversations throughout the day
Understanding clients' investment interests and objectives
Introducing Shares in Value's research and membership services
Building genuine relationships with prospective and existing clients
Following up opportunities professionally and consistently




Managing your sales pipeline through our CRM
Working towards
clear monthly revenue targets
Taking ownership of your individual performance
Developing your knowledge of stocks, companies and financial markets
Participating in ongoing training, coaching and market discussions
Contributing positively to our team culture
Who We're Looking For
Previous sales experience is important.
Phone-based sales experience is particularly attractive because you'll already understand the importance of activity, conversations, follow-up and consistency.
Experience in any of the following would be highly regarded:
Phone-based sales
Consultative sales
B2B or B2C sales
Financial services
Membership or subscription sales
Other target-driven sales environments
Previous financial services experience is
highly regarded but not essential
for the right salesperson.
What we'd particularly like to see is a
genuine interest in the stock market
.
You might already invest yourself, follow companies and financial news, or simply be fascinated by markets and want to build your career in the industry.
