Early Career Psychologist
The Psych Assessment Studio in Caringbah is growing, and we're looking for an Early Career Psychologist to join our team. We're open to either an employee or contractor arrangement, depending on what works best for the right person.

The role would initially be 2 days per week, with the chance to increase to 3 days in the future, and would include a mix of:
o Psychological assessment
o Ongoing therapeutic support
o Working with neurodivergent children, teens and adults
o Supporting clients to better understand themselves, their strengths and what helps them thrive

Who we're looking for
You'll need to:




o Be registered with AHPRA as a psychologist
o Have knowledge and experience working with neurodivergent children, teens and/or adults
o Have a genuine interest in psychological assessment and be keen to continue developing your assessment skills
o Be comfortable working collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams
o Have strong written communication and report-writing skills
o Be able to take initiative and work independently, while also knowing when to reach out and collaborate
o Work from a genuinely neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based framework - no deficit-based stuff here!
o Be curious, thoughtful and committed to understanding the whole person, rather than simply focusing on scores, symptoms or diagnoses
o Want to make a meaningful difference to the people and families you work with
