Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Physiotherapist role based in Bega, NSW, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for clients of varying ages and abilities, developing evidence-based treatment plans, and delivering individual and group therapy sessions in clinic, community, and home settings. The Physiotherapist will document progress, prepare reports to support NDIS goals and reviews, and collaborate closely with families, support coordinators, allied health professionals, and support workers to ensure integrated care. The role also involves education and coaching for clients and carers on exercises, mobility strategies, and equipment use,



along with participation in case discussions and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
Formal qualifications in Physiotherapy and current registration with the appropriate professional board in Australia- AHPRA.
Demonstrated experience working with children and/or adults with disability and delivering person-centered, goal-focused interventions.
Robust clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and delivery across areas such as functional mobility, strength, balance, pain management, and rehabilitation.
Ability to develop clear, outcome-focused reports and documentation that align with NDIS requirements and support plan reviews.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work respectfully with individuals, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to manage a caseload, schedule sessions, and maintain accurate records in a hybrid work environment.
Comfort using digital tools and electronic record systems to document sessions, communicate with stakeholders, and work remotely when required.
Current Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain), and valid driver's licence for community and home-based visits.
Commitment to ongoing qualified learning, evidence-based practice, and inclusive, non-discriminatory service delivery.
