The business operates across funds management and asset management in a genuinely collaborative team environment.About the RoleA pivotal chance for an experienced Finance Manager with a funds management background to take ownership of financial and trust accounting across a portfolio of property trusts, while providing leadership and mentoring to the broader finance team.
You'll work closely with senior leadership,



gaining genuine exposure to investor reporting and Board-level reporting.Key responsibilities include:Preparing management accounts and Asset Management Reports across property trustsCalculating and processing trust distributions and investor reportingManaging treasury functions, cashflow and bank reconciliationsCoordinating annual audits, tax compliance and ASIC lodgementsSupporting debt covenant calculations and lender reportingProviding leadership and mentoring to the wider finance teamAbout YouCA or CPA qualified, with 5+ years' experience in funds management, trust, or property accountingGenuine exposure to trust structures, investor reporting and trust taxationPrior experience mentoring or leading othersConfident engaging with Directors, investors and key stakeholdersWhy ApplyA rare opportunity to join a growing, boutique funds management business at a pivotal stage - genuine autonomy, close proximity to Directors, and real scope to shape the role.
