Responsibilities
Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance according to repair orders and manufacturer specifications
Diagnose and repair automotive systems including:
Engine
Transmission
Electrical systems
Steering and suspension
Brake systems




Air conditioning and HVAC
Perform automotive diagnostics using scan tools, diagnostic equipment, and special service tools
Test‐drive vehicles and inspect systems to identify issues and confirm repairs
Complete warranty repairs according to Nissan and manufacturer standards
Communicate repair recommendations and additional service needs with Service Advisors
Maintain productivity, efficiency, and quality workmanship in a fast‐paced service environment
Stay current on new automotive technology, repair procedures, and manufacturer updates
Qualifications
2+ years of Automotive Service Technician or Auto Mechanic experience preferred
ASE Certification required
B‐Level Technician qualifications preferred
Strong diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair experience
Experience with dealership service departments or Nissan experience is a plus
Ability to operate diagnostic scanners and electronic service equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Positive attitude and strong teamwork mentality
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast‐paced dealership environment
Valid driver's license with clean driving record required
