Work Arrangement: 2-3 days a week work from officeKey purpose of the role: The Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer is responsible for designing, building and governing Client's Salesforce Data Cloud capability as the enterprise customer and product data platform.
This role focuses on strong engineering discipline, data modelling expertise, data ingestion, segmentation, identity resolution and governance within Data Cloud, and on delivering visualizations on Tableau Next, Looker and other reporting platforms to enable trusted, data-driven insights, modern, flexible, secure and highly resilient engagement points.Your responsibilities:Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud data models, including DMOs, relationships and calculated insightsConfigure identity resolution and segmentation to support analytics and downstream activationDesign and enforce data access controls within Data Cloud, aligned to role-based and entitlement-aware access modelsDefine and maintain data ownership, lineage and usage standards for Data Cloud datasets and analytics outputsDesign and manage reusable, performance-optimized metrics and semantic datasets for analyticsDesign and ensure dashboards align with Data Cloud models, access controls and governance standardsSupport executive,



operational and regulatory reporting needsMonitor and optimize Data Cloud performance, data volumes and cost driversMust have:Experience with Salesforce analytics platforms including CRM Analytics, Tableau Next, Data360 and working knowledge of Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Financial Services)Understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models as they relate to analyticsGood communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong data modelling fundamentals and understanding of analytics performance considerationsExperience designing analytics solution that comply with privacy, consent and regulatory requirementsFamiliarity with CI/CD principles and release management using Copado or equivalent DevOps tooling.Nice to have:Financial services background and knowledge gained through industry experience.AI experience and skillsExperience supporting executive or board-level reportingExperience working with large data volumes and exposure to enterprise data governance frameworksWe offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, as well as the prospect to work on challenging and rewarding projects.
