They work predominantly with high‐end private clients who expect a premium experience, and they're now looking for a polished, experienced Project Manager to uphold that standard on site and in every client interaction.The OpportunityThis is a standout opportunity for a trades‐qualified, client‐facing Project Manager who takes as much pride in their communication as they do in their craftsmanship.
You'll be the primary point of contact for clients throughout the construction phase, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to an exceptional standard.Day to day you'll be:Managing the full delivery of bespoke residential construction projects from contract award through to handoverServing as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations with professionalism and warmthCoordinating and scheduling subcontractors and trades to ensure seamless project flowManaging project budgets, tracking costs,
